Q: How do I order on trendzsteer?

A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 5 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email. We will inform you of your tracking number through email. If you did not receive any updates on your order, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate. email at: contact@trendzsteer.com

Q: What is the standard shipping time?

Our usual shipping times are about two to three weeks. While we are working on reducing our shipping times by creating local fulfillment centers,because of our unique arrangement with manufacturers, we are able to provide you with cheapest prices but this arrangement does take a bit more time to process the order. But be assured, we have a 100% record when it comes to shipping our products and we will make sure to ship your order as fast as we can, in fact our return rates are less than 1 %.

Q: I have not received my order or I have only received a partial order. What should I Do?

Please allow upto 3 weeks, if you have not received any shipment after three weeks, contact us at contact@trendzsteer.com with your order details and we will make sure that you either get your order delivered or if eligible get a prompt refund.

In case you have only received a partial shipment, ie. you ordered two items and you only received one, please contact us at contact@trendzsteer.com. Sometimes orders are sent separately and items arrive separately. But be assured we are here for you and we will make sure that you get your order or a refund if needed.

Q: Does trendzsteer provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply mail us at contact@trendzsteer.com and we'll get it addressed!
